DEPOSIT – A deposit of the first nights rate per person is required to confirm the booking

Single occupancy in a twin or double room where available attracts a supplement of £40 per week or part week. No supplement for a single room.

There is no service charge and no hidden extras are added to your bill unless settling your bill by credit card when we reserve the right to pass on a 2% handling fee – there is no extra charge for debit card.

The total cost of your stay will be given to you in writing on confirmation of your booking.

Bookings are accepted from any day to any day and we have a minimum of 2 nights booking.

MEAL TIMES – Breakfast 8.30 – 9.30am

The residents-only bar is open from 6pm ’till 11pm

VAT is included in all prices quoted

Cancellation Charges
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, under the law you could be liable for cancellation charges.

The Victoria Lodge Hotel levies cancellation charges in accordance with the Industry Standard Scale of cancellation charges as set out below.

In the interest of our guests we therefore recommend you protect yourselves against these charges by taking out adequate Holiday Cancellation Insurance.



No smoking is permitted in the hotel premises, but smoking is permitted in the garden.

No take-away or cooked food is to be brought onto the premises, or eaten on the premises. No bar-b-ques in the garden.

Mobile phone use is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel, this includes the lounge, bar, dining room, reception and corridors.

Sorry, no pets but guide dogs for the blind are welcome.
